The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a locally - administred data system used to record and analyze client, service, and housing data for individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our HMIS here in Imperial County is managed through “ServicePoint” by Bowman Systems. Catholic Charities supports users with technical assistance and ongoing training, as well as customization alongside with Regional Task Force on the Homeless of San Diego County (RTFHSD).
